"From the first conversation with Louise on the phone to Mark doing the quote, Mark & Darren completing the job through to the run through instructions on how to use the system. Initially Mark explained my options for either repairing or upgrading to a new ducted air con. The quote was clear and also gave me costs for different options, one being to change up to 4 zones instead of 2. Mark & Darren worked over & above what was quoted, replacing old pipes etc, the second day I left them there by themselves and was very comfortable with doing so. The system is fantastic, quiet (outside & in) and just in time for the icy weather. All the old vents were replaced, they look so good! It was lovely to have Tradies that are happy, genuine, efficient, and punctual, which doesn’t seem to be the norm anymore. (Plus $400 cash back & entry to win a trip to Japan) Very happy customer!"

Researching local retailers, I decided to return to MLL Services for their complete immediate installation with no different third party agencies delays. Sale, Delivery, Installation and Payment all covered by Warranty. The outside unit was tailer finished no gaping conduit exposing service plumbing and raised from the ground on a platform of none rust material as I preferred not to have the unit installed on wall brackets 10 out of 10 for ascetics.
